- The deadline to apply for account transfer is 5 days prior to the account transfer date. Therefore, the earliest date for implementing this change in transfers will be January 1, 2026.
- If the original account’s payment method is credit card post-pay, you cannot use the account transfer even after the implementation date.
- Credit card post-pay is not available for Display Ads (Guaranteed) and Shopping Search Ads (SSA). Note that SSA is not eligible for account transfers.
- If you want to register a credit card set to your MCC account, link your account (associate your account) with the ad account you want to transfer to before transferring your MCC account.

- An integrated Business ID is required for Payment Center sign-in. Learn more about the Payment Center and how to integrate your Business ID from the following information.
- In the Payment Center, billing to the credit card company will be processed at the same time as the transaction. Because of this, immediately after transferring to the Payment Center, the payment amount may temporarily increase due to the timing of the payment under the new system and the old payment.

We will change the following specifications for account transfer.
1. Available switching to a credit card post-pay when transferring the account (Updated on December 9, 2025)
Summary
You were able to select "Credit card post-pay" for your payment method only when creating a new account, but you are now able to select it when transferring your account. This change is to improve the customer’s account operations.
If you want to switch to "credit card post-pay" during account transfer, select "Credit Card Post-pay In-house Account (or Agency Account)" under the subscription plan in the "contract information" section of the active account transfer request form.
You will also need to set up a new payment method after the account transfer is complete. Set up your payments from "Billing" > "Payments." See the following help page for details.

2. Easily set up credit cards from MCC to sub-accounts(Updated on December 15, 2025)
Summary
From the Payment Center, launched on December 14, 2025, you are able to add your credit card set to your root MCC and MCC account. You are also able to set the credit card registered with the root MCC or MCC as the payment method for your ad accounts.
Use this feature to apply the root MCC or MCC credit card set to your ad account at the destination company before the account transfer. The credit card set payment settings will automatically be applied to the transferred account.
■When both the original and transferred account accounts use pre-pay
Automatic payment settings that were set in the original account will be taken over by the transferred account. Automatic payment will be made and ad delivery will resume.
■When the transferred account uses a credit card post-pay
Ads will resume immediately after your account is transferred.
