Summary

We will renew the payment management feature of Yahoo! JAPAN Ads and launch the new Payment Center.
Payment Center is a new feature launched as part of LY Corporation's "Connect One" initiative for platform integration. Payment information previously managed in Yahoo! JAPAN Business Manager will be transferred to Payment Center.
After the transfer, payments will start with Yahoo! JAPAN Ads and will gradually be available across LY Corporation's business services.

The main features available at launch are as follows:

Support for multiple credit cards

We will offer a credit card set feature that allows users to register multiple cards and specify a main card and a backup card. You can assign services to each credit card set for flexible management. We will implement 3D Secure authentication to enhance security.

Support for multiple receiving accounts

You can specify services for each receiving account.

Payment information managed per company

Payment information will be managed per company instead of per Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID. This change allows the use of common payment information across multiple business services.

Credit card registration for root MCC and MCC accounts

By registering cards with root MCC and MCC accounts, you can consolidate payments for the associated ad accounts.

Change product names on billing details

We will make the following changes.

Before Payment Center release
After Payment Center release
Japanese English Japanese English
アカウント入金(後払い) Payment for Account (Post-pay) 広告料金(後払い) Advertising fee (Post-pay)
アカウント入金 Payment for Account 広告料金(前払い) Advertising fee (Deposit)

Migration of payment information (updated on November 11, 2025)

With the launch of the Payment Center, payment information (credit cards and receiving accounts) registered in Yahoo! Business Manager will be migrated to the Payment Center.
If you have administrator permission for your Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID, “Admin” in the Payment Center will be automatically granted during the migration.
In the Payment Center, only Business IDs with “Admin” or “Operator” can view and modify credit card and receiving account information.
*Business IDs with “Viewer” can view the information.

Maintenance (updated on November 11, 2025)

We will perform maintenance on the following schedule for the migration.
Schedule
December 13, 2025, 9:00 AM to December 14, 2025, 12:00 PM (JST)
*The schedule is subject to change.
We will provide details on restrictions during maintenance at a later date. There will be no impact on ad delivery or submissions.

Notes (updated on November 11, 2025)
  • Using Payment Center requires signing in with the integrated Business ID. We recommend migrating from Yahoo! JAPAN Business ID to the integrated Business ID in advance. If you access the Payment Center before the integration is completed, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration process. For migration steps, refer to the following help page:
    Integrate your Business ID
  • In the Payment Center, billing to credit card companies will be processed at the time of payment (previously, billing was processed once a month).
Due to this change, immediately after migrating to the Payment Center, the timing of payments under the previous and new systems may overlap, temporarily increasing the payment amount.
During the migration duration from December 2025 to February 2026, some customer accounts may experience payment amounts approximately twice the usual level.
We recommend checking your credit card account settings in advance.
