Search Ads: Associating ad display assets to accounts

Summary

Search Ads ad display assets will now support association at the account level.
If the same ad display assets are associated with all campaigns under an account, associating them at the account level eliminates the need to associate them with each individual campaign, helping to reduce advertising operation costs.

The ad display assets that can be associated at the account level are as follows.

  • Quick Link Asset
  • Call asset
  • Callout asset
  • Category snippet asset

If different ad display assets are associated at the account, campaign, and ad group levels, the ad display asset most relevant to the user’s search intent will be prioritized for delivery, regardless of the level of association.
*For Call assets, assets associated at the ad group level will be prioritized.

Notes

If ad display assets are associated at the account level, they may appear in all ads within the account. Please ensure that the ad display assets contain appropriate content before configuring them.
