Summary
We started the test delivery of Yahoo! JAPAN Ads in answers generated using LY Corporation’s generative AI.
Based on the internet user’s question and the generative AI’s answers, ads may appear when the system determines that delivery is appropriate.

Ads may appear in the following services. At launch, delivery is limited to the smartphone version. The target services and devices may change.

• AI assistant: within the answer view
*Users can open it from the icon next to the Yahoo! JAPAN Search input field.
• Yahoo! JAPAN Search: within the AI answer view at the top of the search results

The ads included in this test delivery are as follows. The target ads may also change.

Notes
Delivery of generative AI answers is currently running as a test. No charges apply for ads delivered during this test. The following limitations apply:

• Test delivery results are not recorded in performance reports. As a result, there may be differences between actual site traffic and your performance report.
• We can’t provide information on which questions or answers resulted in ad delivery.
• We can’t stop ad delivery in generative AI answers.
