Previously, “Ad strength” was determined mainly based on titles and descriptions. We will now add quick link assets associated with Responsive Ads for Search in this evaluation.
The update will be applied per Search Ads account. We can't specify when it will be applied to your account.

What is ad strength
To increase “Ad strength” with the addition of quick link assets, we recommend associating at least six quick link assets across campaigns and ad groups.
