"As we previously announced in "Display Ads: Format change for customer data connection," we will end the use of the previous format for customer data connection. We recommend that customers using the previous data format change to the new format as soon as possible.

The differences between the previous format and the new format are as follows:

• Previous format
  Lowercase or uppercase
  Example: abcd@yahoo.co.jp, ABCD@yahoo.co.jp
• New format
  Lowercase only
  Example: abcd@yahoo.co.jp

• Previous format
  Phone number only
  Example: 09012345678
• New format
  Country code + phone number
  Example: +819012345678
