Summary“Shared budgets,” a feature that allows you to share the daily budget among multiple campaigns, became available for Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads (Auction). Shared budget report is also available.
Shared budgetA feature to share the “daily budget” among multiple campaigns within an account. You can set a budget for multiple campaigns. You can manage your budget appropriately as you manage different campaigns.
Advantages- Efficient budget control
- If a campaign does not use up its daily budget and another campaign is short, the shared budget will automatically allocate the excess budget to the short campaign. By eliminating the need to manually change the budget amount when reviewing the daily budget, you can achieve optimal budget control with less effort.
- Minimize advertising opportunity loss
- If there is a campaign that has had the opportunity to deliver an ad but did not because it didn’t have enough daily budget, the shared budget allows the ad delivery using another campaign's budget. Shared budgets can prevent opportunity loss and deliver more ads.
We will offer a shared budget report that outputs the total cost, number of impressions, and number of clicks for each shared budget. This report allows you to see how much of your budget is being used and how ads are being delivered based on a shared budget.
NotesShared budgets don’t control the budget allocation for each campaign. Because of this, there is a possibility that one campaign will use most of the daily shared budget and the other campaigns will deliver fewer ads than expected.
