We will make the following updates to the OS version range you can specify when selecting smartphones and tablets for device targeting in the “app promotion” campaigns.

• iOS
  [Before] 4.0 to 11.0
  [After] 12.0 to 18.2
• Android
  [Before] 2.0 to 8.0
  [After] 6.0 to 15.0

By specifying the OS version for device targeting, ads can be delivered to target devices according to the corresponding version of the leading app.

If an OS version that cannot be specified after this change is applied before the change date, the system will automatically change the set value. Cases are as follows.

• If the OS version for iOS is 12.0 or later or the Android version is 6.0 or later
  There will be no changes to the settings.
• If the OS version for iOS is earlier than 12.0, or the Android version is earlier than 6.0
  The OS version value is automatically changed to the earliest OS version provided after the change date [12.0 for iOS and 6.0 for Android].

This change may affect the ad delivery trend. Check your settings and other details after the change date.

• If you use the Campaign Editor, you will need to download the data again after the change date.
• This change will be applied on all available API versions of Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Display Ads API.
