We will change the maximum duration available for obtaining performance reports, performance data, and analytics appearing on each view as follows.

(Before) The entire duration from the account opening date
(After) From the data extraction date to the same day 11 years before

Example of retrieval duration after the change:

Data extraction date	Maximum duration available for retrieval
February 20, 2025	From February 20, 2014, to February 20, 2025
March 1, 2025	From March 1, 2014, to March 1, 2025

We will make this change to ensure the continued provision of stable services.

Comments

• We won’t change the maximum available duration for data retrieval other than performance reports, performance data, and analytics appearing on each view.
• If you need data for the duration that will become unavailable due to this change, consider saving or backing up the data in advance.
