We have removed ended report items from the performance report template because a certain time has passed since items became unavailable. These items are unavailable when creating and modifying templates but no longer appear on the report after the release date.

Items are as follows:

• Ad distribution type
• Dynamic image extensions
• Carrier

Only report items are removed, not templates. However, if you have set only items that become unavailable in the template, the template itself will be removed.
