We will review your ads, etc., added by December 20, 2024, by the end of 2024 (JST).
*Ads added after the due date will be reviewed after January 6, 2025.
Payments
・Domestic payments made by 3 PM, December 27, 2024 (JST), will update your account balance by the end of 2024. The payer's name in katakana must match the one that appears in the Campaign Management Tool.
If you made a domestic payment under a different payer's name, contact us by 5 PM, December 27, 2024 (JST).
・International wire transfers that we confirm with your report by December 20, 2024 (JST), will update your account balance by the end of 2024.
You must contact us after you make international wire transfers.
・Credit card payments are available at all times.
New accounts (agency accounts only)
We confirm accounts signed up by December 24, 2024, by the end of 2024 (JST).
*Accounts created after the due date will be confirmed after January 6, 2025.
Inquiries you make during the holidays will take longer time to receive replies.
