Summary

As part of LY Corporation's efforts to realize our "Connect One" concept, we will unify the contracting parties to "Advertiser," regardless of the contract form of Yahoo! JAPAN Ads. Along with this change, we have revised the Master Terms and Conditions.

From October 2024, we have started procedures for the succession of ad accounts for Search Ads and Display Ads due to changes in the contract form. We will start procedures for the succession of ad accounts for Yahoo! JAPAN Ads Search Ads (Shopping)

For an account that currently has an agency agreement, you will need to agree to the revised Master Terms and Conditions as the procedures for the succession of ad accounts. Even after accepting, we don't plan to change the scope of use of Yahoo! JAPAN Ads for both agencies and advertisers.

Note

If the advertiser creates an account without going through the agency, the content of the contract doesn't change, so you don't have to agree to the Master Terms and Conditions.
