Summary

Display Ads users can now upload customer data to the audience list without Campaign Management Tool access. Users who hold customer information upload data directly, regardless of whether they have access to the Campaign Management Tool, enabling them to properly handle customers' personal information. Previously, data upload was required when creating new audience lists (customer data), but after the release date, creating new audience lists is possible without uploading data.

How to use

Users with access to edit accounts can generate a URL to upload the audience list (customer data) within the Campaign Management Tool. Users can view upload URLs without signing in, allowing those without access to the Campaign Management Tool to upload customer data directly to the target audience list through the upload URL.

Notes

• Use the URLs for uploads in five days after generation. Generate a new URL again after the validity period has expired.
• We consider all data uploads using this feature to be the customers' actions.
• If a third party other than the customer uploads the data, pay attention to the following points:
  • You must ensure that the third party complies with the Master Terms and Conditions and the Advertising Data Usage Standards, etc. (as well as any other contractual terms and conditions between you and us).
  • You shall bear all responsibility for the handling of data by a third party.
