Summary

Taking into consideration our customers' usage patterns, we will no longer create reports that specify multiple accounts using MCC accounts for some of the Yahoo! JAPAN Ads performance reports. The reports covered are as follows:

  • Cross-campaign reach report
  • Attribution model comparison report
  • Conversion path report

You are no longer able to create the above reports specifying multiple accounts, or to download reports that have already been created. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers.

However, you can still create the above reports at the account level using the Display Ads Campaign Management Tool. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please consider using this service in the future.

In addition, the period for which the above reports can be collected on an account basis has changed as follows:

  • Before change: Past 25 months
  • After change: Past 13 months
