Summary
In Dynamic Ads for Display, we have officially launched ad delivery to users who have not browsed the products, as provided in a beta version on November 15, 2023.
What is this feature?
This feature delivers Dynamic Ads for Display to users, regardless of their browsing history. You can set it up in the audience list for ad groups. For users who have browsed your products, we deliver ads for these and other related products. For users who have not browsed your products, we deliver ads for the selected products based on the user's activity history and attributes on the website.

Improved recommendation accuracy
As we continue to improve the accuracy of our recommendations for users who have not browsed our products, we expect to see improved advertising effectiveness from the beta launch. In the beta version, we encouraged customers in e-commerce industries to use this feature, but with the improvement in accuracy, we will now encourage all customers, regardless of industry, to use this feature.
About the end of "Only users with product browsing history"
We plan to stop ad deliveries that target only users who have browsed the products. If you’ve set this up, your target audience will expand to the entire audience once released. If you want to continue to focus on users who have browsed your product, consider changing your settings, such as specifying an audience list that targets users who have browsed your product.

- Settings for users without product browsing history continue to be available only on the Campaign Management Tool. You can't modify them using Campaign Editor or Yahoo! JAPAN Ads API.
