3. Summary

We will change the terms about payments in the “Master Terms and Conditions” and other policies.  Currently, only about "prepaid” is described in the contents, but we will add about "invoice."

(1) Master Terms and Conditions
　Add terms about invoice account. 
　*Other terms remain unchanged.

(2) Yahoo! JAPAN セールスパートナーオンライン約款 (Yahoo! JAPAN Sales Partner Online Terms and Conditions)
　Terms about payments will be aggregate to the Master Terms and Conditions.
　 *Other details on changes other than terms of payment have been informed separately for contract sales partners.

4. Comments
 

• There are no changes to the existing contract and applicable Terms and Conditions about payments for current and new customers.
  *Customers previously unable to use invoice accounts will remain unable to use invoice accounts.
• Check the applicable policies and Terms and Conditions after the change for the revised terms after the revision.
