Recommendations
(1) When accessing "Recommendations" in the new Campaign Management Tool, "No available recommendations" is displayed regardless of recommendations.

(2) When accessing "Recommendations - Add new keywords" or "Recommendations - Change campaign daily budget" in the previous Campaign Management Tool, "No available recommendations" is displayed regardless of recommendations.
