*Ads added after the due date will be reviewed after January 5, 2024.

Payments
・Domestic payments made by 3 PM, December 28, 2023 (JST), will update your account balance by the end of 2023. The payer's name in katakana must match the one that appears in the Campaign Management Tool.
If you made a domestic payment under a different payer's name, contact us by 5 PM, December 28, 2023 (JST).
・International wire transfers that we confirm with your report by December 21, 2023 (JST), will update your account balance by the end of 2023.
You must contact us after you make international wire transfers.
・Credit card payments are available at all times.

Inquiries you make during the holidays will take longer time to receive replies.
