Summary
As we previously announced in "Display Ads (Auction) End of audience list (rule) and migration,” we will close the new creation of the audience list (rule) (hereinafter referred to as the "rule list").
After the closing date, select one of the following list types when you create an audience list to accumulate website visitors or app users.
・Website visitors
・App users

Schedule for the end of the offering
The schedule for the end of the rule list is as follows.
*The date is subject to change.
*We will inform you of the schedule for items that have not been decided once it is finalized.

  • June 27, 2023: End of creating new rule lists

  • July 3-14, 2023: Automatic migration by system
    Our system will migrate rule lists that you haven’t migrated. The end date of automatic migration is subject to change.
    Download the document in “End of audience list (rule) and migration” for details.

  • July 18, 2023: Modifying rule lists will become unavailable.
    You will no longer be able to change rule lists in the Campaign Management Tool and Campaign Editor. Along with this change, the migration feature for the audience list (rule) will end.

  • July 19 -28, 2023: Not-migrated rule lists will become unavailable for ad delivery.
    For the rule list that can’t be migrated or aren’t migrated manually, data accumulation will be stopped and stored data will be deleted so the status will be inactive for delivery.
    If a rule list that becomes unavailable for delivery is left as an exclusion target, the accumulated data in the rule list will be zero, and ads may be delivered to unintended users. Note that if your rule list is unavailable for delivery and this event occurs, it is not considered a delivery error caused by our company.

  • August, 2023: Delete all rule lists.
    *We will make another announcement once the schedule has been decided.
    After the rule list is deleted, you will not be able to refer to the rule list in the Campaign Management Tool, etc. You will also not be able to get a report on the rule list.
    When you need a report of past performance values, etc., download and save the report before deleting the rule list.

・The automatic migration of the system will be performed under certain conditions and may result in
 unintended settings. We recommend that you perform the migration yourself before the automatic
 migration of the system.
 When you want to migrate manually, use the migration tool available on the Campaign Management Tool.
