Overview

We will change the cancellation method after the status has been "Approved." After this change, you can cancel your request in the Campaign Management Tool.

• Specify the end date as “When to cancel.”
• You can cancel ad delivery between the day following the cancellation action in the Campaign Management Tool and the day before the end date.
• Your ads will show until 23:59:59 (hour:minute:second) on the specified cancel date.
  Your cancellation request may take up to 24 hours to be reflected in our system.
• If you cancel after the status has been "Approved," you will be charged a 100% cancellation fee. We may bill the ad delivery and cancellation fees separately depending on the ad delivery duration before the cancellation.
