Overview
Editing feature for created Responsive Ads for Search became available.
Accordingly, we have added an item to indicate whether or not delivery is possible for each asset.
Edit each item in ads such as assets and URLs
The following items became editable.
You can change the content according to the season and situation while maintaining the performance of ad delivery, thus reducing the operational effort.
- Add and edit asset (title) and asset (description)
- Edit final URL
- Add and edit the directory of display URL and custom parameter
Add “Asset status”
We addws the item “Asset status” to the view of asset details that displays the status of each asset.
Precaution
There will be the following effects by editing Responsive Ads for Search whose review status becomes “removed” before the release date.
- The ad delivery performance will be unavailable for those before editing (before it is “removed”).
- Only actual values by each edited ad are displayed on the view of ad list of the Campaign Management Tool. The values before editing are included in the number on the “Total” column.
- The performance report by ad group and by campaign will show the total value before and after editing.
- The ad tracking ID will change (but the ad ID will not change).
When you edit Responsive Ads for Search with the review status “removed” before the release date, we recommend that you get the actual ad performance by performance report etc, before editing.
Remarks
- More details are described in the PDF document.
- The automatic insertion of strings by Ad Customizers using the data auto insertion list will end on March 31, 2023 (scheduled). From now on, by using the “Ad Customizer using attributes” of Responsive Ads for Search, you can automatically insert text strings into the title and description of your ads.
