Overview

We may stop the data linkage of audience lists (custom) that meet any of the following conditions:

(Conditions)

  • No results (of ad display) for 100 days
  • Not associated with any ad groups for 100 days and not used for ad delivery

If the audience list is associated with an ad group of Display Ads (Guaranteed), we won’t stop the data linkage regardless of past performance. We will stop the data linkage of only some audience lists (custom) that meet the conditions. Not all the audience lists (custom) are included.

Impact

Audience lists (custom) that data linkage stopped will no longer be able to link additional data. The data already linked is available. After the data retention period of the linked data has expired, the user size will be zero and no longer available for ad delivery.

Remarks

  • The only list type “custom” will be affected. If you link data with other list types, data linkage won’t stop even if it meets the conditions. However, we may add additional list types to stop data linkage in the future.
  • Refer to the help page after the scheduled date for details and introductions on how to check audience lists (custom) for which data linkage stopped.
